A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and the sides of the glass after it settled down.
S: Moderate aromas of stone fruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of stone fruit along with notes of papayas and hints of associated sweetness and faint bits of licorice. There is only a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly "chewy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer really showcases the Idaho 7 hops with all of its aromas and flavors of stone fruit. It does a very good job at masking any traces of alcohol from the taste.
