A: The beer is very hazy pale light yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pineapples and citrusy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of grapefruit citrus and tropical fruit hops along with notes of floral hops and hints of spices.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is very easy to drink. I liked the citrusy aromas and flavors.

Pale hazy yellow, like diluted pineapple juice. Moderate, persistent white head, with a mix of very coarse , and very fine bubbles.
Smell? Whoa! I could smell this from 8' away. They describe it as "aromatic." That IS true. :) Smells mostly of grapefruit, some pineapple juice, an undefined fruit mix, some sourness, and as the head fades, a faint pie crust aroma. As I swirl some around in a second glass, I get a little spiciness. Source? They don't say in the description.
Taste is mostly grapefruit pith, an herbal flavor, approaching sage, plus a slight spiciness , that seems like coriander + black pepper.(From yeast? Rye? Actual spices? Can't tell.) I've gotten that sage-like flavor from Soriachi Ace hops , and also from the combination of Michigan Copper + Galaxy . What is actually in there? Again they don't say. On the finish, there is a bit of lime zest flavor. There is some moderate, dry, grapefruit pith bitterness throughout , that lingers awhile. Though always present, and definitely noticeable, that bitterness is a compliment, and never overwhelms the other elements.
Feel is light, and moderately creamy, with very fine carbonation, that is smooth, with no prickle.
Overall, quite good. Very smooth, and easy-drinking.(& it's gone....NOW) The flavor, and dryness set me back a bit at first, but enjoyed it more with each sip. Very dry, maye even more so than the (admittedly few) Brut IPAs that I've had. If you like those, then you'll probably like this. "Snow Weasel", but it would be excellent in the heat of summer.
