The beer comes in a straw color.
The aroma offers Belgian yeast qualities, big grainy sweetness, reminders of a big Belgian tripel. Clove, pear slices, sweet apples, orange, banana, bubble gum.
The flavor hits of a slightly vinous qualities and spice up front, a medium plus grainy sweetness, onto concentrated pear and apple flavor, with an almost heavy minerality on it lingering on a semi dry finish. This beer does not overstep on the Belgian yeast, while also not allowing the apple and pear juice sweeten the beer to unreasonable intensity.
