Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance β The beer is served a clear yellow-golden color with a small white head of fizzy foam. The head fades very fast leaving just a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell βThe aroma of the brew is very light overall with some mild smells of lime and a little bit of a grainy and slightly grassy smell.
Taste-The taste begins with slightly sour green apple taste mixed with some lighter cracker and somewhat funky yeasty and grassy tastes. As the taste advances the green apple fades a little bit but is replaced with some apple cider vinegar tastes as well as a little bit of lime. The lime gets quite a bit stronger more toward the end of the taste, leaving one with a slightly drier and sour funked lime taste to liner on the tongue.
Mouthfeel β The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is rather average. The thinner body was rather nice for the sour flavors of the brew and made for a slightly easier drinker overall.
Overall β While sours are not really my style this one was a bit easier to drink overall. It had a more crisp and light taste profile with a decent sour and lime bite.
