yummy gose here, seems bang on for hot weather, and i like it being so fruity without being too sweet, i think the salt helps with that, almost more umami than sugar, but the fruit seems pretty natural too, nicely proportioned beer and not too sour either, this could have gone the other way pretty easily, but they nailed it. not much color from the berries, just kind of hazy and pale, frothing white head from the tap though. smells summery to me, strawberry and lime both identifiable, an orange citrus note too, and plenty of wheat malt, enough to keep this beery first rather than juicy or something, maybe heavies it up a little, but ill take it this way over the alternative for sure. its just a bit sweet up front, the salt is there at the end which helps dry it out, the sourness is clean and very mild, and this works as a pint beer even though sours rarely do, not a ton of pucker to it, more drinkable than most. fuller feeling but bubbly too, maybe could use a little cleaning up, but they have a good thing going here and the mix of flavors is excellent.
