One of our first seasonals. The is an amber-reddish Austrian beer style. It displays toffeeish, bready flavors with a medium body.

Appearance: Pours a deep, clear copper color. About 1" of off white head forms that has decent retention and good lacing. Slight carbonation is apparent.

Smell: Smells of a combination of biscuit and caramel malts. A bit of a spicy, peppery noble hop smell is present as well. Good smell and very good example of the style.

Taste: Starts off with biscuity malt dryness and some caramel malt sweetness. Noble hop character shows mid palate and in the finish. Finish is dry, but not overly so.

Mouthfeel/Overall: A touch over light bodied with low to medium carbonation. Good. Overall, a really nice Vienna. Good flavors and the level of dryness makes it very drinkable.
