Hand-pulled pint in my local Wetherspoons on 12 Feb 2013.
Mahogany body, bright and clean looking with a deep creamy head: the head was both creamy in texture as well as colour. The head left some good, thick lacing as the beer level fell away.
The smell and taste were of roasted malts. Brown bread and home-made biscuity sort of aroma really.
Dry and almost unsweetened feel to the flavours and mouthfeel. Mild bitterness towards the end but otherwise a weird mixed fruit/malt combination that didn't really excite me.
