Draft at the Lounge. Medium dark golden, one finger creamy head, light haze. Grainy, malty aroma. Taste starts with some biscuit malts, and then introduces a sharp, hoppy snap. At 7% , strong for a pilsener. Untappd lists this as a blond.

not sure this one is listed correctly here, as it presented itself to me much more as a blonde ale than a pilsener lager. either way, its one of the lighter offerings they had on in here, but really didnt do much for me. i thought all of their beers has a little something funny going on with the yeast profile, like they may have all been fermented too warm or something envouraging undesirable yeast esters, its not way off here, but its not as clean and thus not as refreshing as i want a beer like this to be. the grain has some body to it for a blonde type, but the flavor is really minimal, a touch sweet like honey in the middle, but without much of a cereal profile or anything to hold my attention, and with such a light hop finish, its a little bland at the same time that it is quite obviousy imperfect. i am a huge fan obviously of the brewery explosion and these places popping up in every small town around the country, but if you are going to make a simple beer like this as this point in the game, it had better be executed a lot better than this one. super cool place, really nice folks, i dont want to be too harsh, but this beer doesnt add much at all to the conversation...

Blonde bohemian, light in color and flavor but not creamy, a darker after taste. Very easy to drink, harder to feel the alcohol
