Flight pour at the brewery; dark brown appearance with khaki head; cherry comes through on the nose with mild impressions of caramel and roast/chocolate. Palate is the same, cherry is dominant but not overwhelming, with minimal impressions of cough syrup (always a worry). Decent.

Fruit flavor softens the otherwise bitter palate of this brew. Dark brown with small crown of tight beige head. Aroma is mostly dark cherries, some dark malt creeps through. Taste is initially sweet fruit, transforming to mild bitterness on the way down. Some sweet bitterness lingers.
