Pours golden honey color with straw highlights and soapy white head. Aroma is cucumber and watermelon rind with undertones of coriander. Flavor is more cucumber up front with a light green grape flavor underneath and a floral character that rounds it out. Some mild peppercorn notes come through in the middle. Carbonation is high while the body is light. Finishes dry with a light floral/resiny bitterness and cucumber flavor lingering. There is a little bit of tartness to it but I don't know if I would have put "tart" on the label. More like a farmhouse funk kind of tart.

Bottle from WinCo. Hazy medium golden pour with abundant fluffy head. Cucumbers dominate the aroma and taste, hard to pick out the Saison within. Tastes like summer for sure. A bit on the sweet side, with a weird, peppery finish.
