Growler at the Cajun Cafe on the Bayou during the RBWG 2015 bus tour.
This beer is loaded with serrano peppers. Even the aroma is dominated by serranos. I enjoyed it but others won't. It is hot enough to leave a warming sensation in my stomach many minutes after the last sip.
Some amber style beer characteristics are there, if you can see past the heat and pepper flavor.
Nice orange-amber color; clear with a very good off-white head.
