Road Trip aged in Herradura tequila barrels.
On tap at the brewery during the 19 Year Anniversary Party.
Hazy light copper body topped by a minimal and weak head.
Distinctive. Surprisingly, and more than lightly, funky. (OK, it does have"Tijuana in the name).
Moderately bitter and mildly tart.
Smooth but under-carbonated, near flat, body.
Overall: perhaps good for fans of tequila. I'm not one and have yet to really enjoyed any beer aged in tequila barrels.
