Had Coco Hills last week at the SweetWater Brewing Taproom, Atlanta, on draft into 13-oz. tulip.
Black and aromatic, with a deft touch on the coconut, Coco Hills is a big, chocolate, whiskey flavored pleasure before your tongue goes numb.

It’s like drinking a chocolate bar which is both great but also pretty aggressive sweetness. The smell is to die for! I would definitely buy again given the opportunity.

On tap at the brewery. This RIS was aged on Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels with coconut added. 13 oz pour in a snifter.
Murky opaque black body with a thin head that soon reduces to a thin ring.
The aroma is enticing, with coconut, bourbon, dark and smokey grains, and a hint of vanilla.
The flavor is moderately sweet and fairly strong, with all of the main elements of the aroma on display but in different proportions: coconut is more prominent while they is only very faint smoke.
Improved with warming.
