On cask at the brewery.
Pours a hazy golden with a small collection of big bubbles on the top which recede quickly leaving no lacing.
The aroma has a massive pine hop kick from the simcoe dry hopping. There is a bit of bready malt in the back along with some fruity hops.
The taste is very mild with an initial hop kick up front that gives way to a pretty bland backbone of bready malts. The finish is dry and slightly bitter.
The mouthfeel is fairly dead with no carbonation to speak. Very slick.
I was not too impressed with this cask despite a decent aroma from the dry hopping. OK but nothing to stand out.

One of four casks, sampled at the brewery.
25% IPA
75% Wheat
Dry Hopped with centennial and simcoe
Pours a very cloudy dull gold color with only a few large soda-like bubbles as head. No lacing.
Smells good. Lots of citrus hop aromas joined by mild floral hop smells. There's a nice malt base, but the hops are definitely front and center here.
Tastes not as good as it smells. The hop flavors hit the tongue and flit off very quickly, leaving relatively bland malt flavors. Reminds me of the time I didn't use enough finishing sugar in a wheat - just not enough body to make up for the lack of carbonation.
Mouthfeel is alright as alluded to above. This beer would be better with some proper carbonation.
Drinkability is alright, there's just not enough flavor to make it very good.
Overall this was my least favorite of recent cask offerings from Sweetwater. I'll be interested to see if they attempt something similar to this with some tweaking in the future.
