Cask at the brewery.
Pours dark brown with a bubbly off-white head that recedes slowly and left just a hint of lacing.
The aroma as very interesting with a big floral hop kick up front before giving way to some dark chocolate underneath. There is also some banana from the wheat.
The taste also has some hops up front, citrus mainly with some floral, with the chocolaty malt base underneath. Less wheat in the taste that I could sense.
The mouthfeel is smooth and oily with low carbonation. It's a little thin on the palate.
Very interesting mix of beers with a dry hop kick on top. It doesn't come together perfectly, but it's not too bad.

One of four casks, sampled at the brewery.
Stout Brown
Half Happy Ending / Quarter Wheat / Quarter IPA
Mystery Dry Hop
Pours a cloudy brown color - not dark and not light - with a few large bubbles that soon pop, leaving a few clinging to the side of the glass. No lacing.
Smells good. Sweet roasted malt aromas are backed up by light citrus hops.
Tastes good. It's very interesting as you can definitely tell that Happy Ending is the base, but the additions tone down the roasted malt flavors. Mild citrus hop flavors join in mid-sip and the mouthful ends with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a good thickness, though I think it would benefit from more carbonation.
Drinkability is good. I didn't have a problem finishing my sample.
Overall this was an odd mish-mash that worked out pretty well. Hopefully these experimentations will become a regular occurrence.
