Poured at fridge temp. Pours a nice hazy orange with puffy white head. The head appears to grow with time!
Nose: Sour, tart, grassy, earthy, barnyard funk, lemon peel, and hops.
Taste: Wow - so much going on here. Definitely funky, tart, sweet, and sour all rolled into one. Some barnyard funk with leather, citrus peel, resin, oak, sour cherries, a peppery spice, salty, and touch of pickle juice. This one is definitely an adventure and keeps twisting and turning.
Mouthfeel is light and crisp. Overall, this is a super interesting beer that screams with complexity.

L - Bronze with 1 full finger of head
S - Sour tart dominates, with very subtle hint of citrus hops. Smells fantastic
T - A very interesting combination of sourness and hops, but it works and is extremely tasty. Floral, citrus hops, and tart.
F - Well carbonated, medium body. Sizzles on the tongue
O - Happy 23 Sweetwater. Cheers to a good beer

On tap. Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of lemon, caramel and citrus. Tart lemon taste up front with caramel, citrus and toffee.
