This year’s P&P release features Italian plums added in at 2lbs of fruit per gallon to our light sour base beer that had been aging for 2 years in French oak foeders. It pours a deep orange with the slightest hue of purple. Aromas are rich in funk, oak and a tinge of prune. The base beer is the star of the show on this one with plumbs subtly coming across in a delightful way.

Had The Pit & The Pendulum Plums poured from 12.7-oz. corked-and-caged bottle, label printed "Date Bottled: 5/23/2019," purchased at the SweetWater Brewery Taproom, into Teku tulip 3.0.
An orange beer with no useful head after barrel aging. Aroma is Brett funk, fruit and some nice oak character. On drinking it's tart fruit all the way.
