Poured from a cork'n'cage 12 oz bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed dull dark golden pour with 2 fingers of white head. Moderate lacing.
S: Tart and fruity. Oak and funk... blackberry. Smells like a soured IPA.
T.F: Tart but not sour. Funk and oak... citrus, berry, fruit, and more funk. Complex and tasty. Medium bodied... zippy carbonation. Get the salivary glands going a bit but not terribly sour. Moderate acidity and carbonation. More citrus and oak to finish.
O: A really nicely done soured IPA. Great flavor and super drinkable. Snag one or two if you see'em.
