Special cask version of Sweetwater IPA "dry hopped with Centennial hops and orange peel". Served as part of cask tasting at the 2011 Sweetwater 420 Festival.
A - Very durable creamy off-white head white head over medium/light amber liquid.
S - Piney and citrusy hops, with pronounced aroma of orange rind.
T - Orange rind and citrus hops combined perfectly. Excellent orange/hop finish that is both tart and bitter.
M - smooth yet crisp with a semi-dry finish.
O - fine, fruitier version of Sweetwater's excellent IPA.
