This can came in a mixed twelve pack from the local beer store. It is an intently hazy muted orange color, capped with an enormous and frothy white head. The aroma has a notable citrus fruit bend, with grapefruit, orange, and even lemon. It is hard to pick out much beyond the fruit in the aroma...maybe a bit of grass and a hint of malt (if you look for it). The taste is equally fruity, balanced a bit to the dry side, and with a surprisingly clean finish. Medium-light in body. It would be okay on a hot day.

Very light pale with light haze; low hoppiness; a subtle citrusy flavor and a clean, barely-there aftertaste. Kinda thinnish too. It's marinade to me, your mileage may vary.

12 oz can from Total Wine and More in WShort Pump, VA The ale poured a hazy light amber with a white foamy head and ample lacing. The aroma of tropical fruit and pale, alts greet you. The hops are rather mild and muted. You do taste tropical fruit and hints of citrus. Could use more body. The ale has a light body and soft-average carbonation.

12 oz can from the Wall of Beer in Clemson, SC ($1.89). A Best By date of 3/3/2025 is stamped on the bottom of the can.

Appearance. Pours with an oversized, bright white head.

Mouthfeel. Lively, high carbonation (a bit too high) in a medium-light body.

This has a surprisingly dank, hoppy aroma suggestive of an IPA but tasting finds a mild, fruity pale ale with a flavor rating approaching 3.75.

Kinda weird one...

...Hazy? For sure. But the rest of it is either muted or just plain weird. I will mention this - it's scent is a complex collection of citrus, pine, and floral notes. Mouthferl is very astringent. An okay offering...

My go-to beer for the last few years has been Sweetwater Hazy IPA. My son-in-law just got me this new 420 version which I had never seen. I thought it was my usual, just in a new can. Nope. This version is refreshing and juicy, but I think the ABV is lower (5.4%). Great for our hot Florida days! Now I have TWO GO-TO BEERS!!!
