On-tap at Mikkeller Bar, San Francisco, CA
A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down, leaving a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of Belgian yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of Belgian yeast along with strong notes of Jasmine rice.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: My experience with rice beers has generally been limited to light lagers and Japanese lagers, but this one has to be the best one I've tried.
