True to style. Black Pepper, clove, yeast and fruity esters. Very rustic.

On tap at Congregation Ale House in Long Beach, CA.
This is a new beer brewed at the Azusa chapter.
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, spice, and banana aromas. Taste is much the same with spice and banana flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some solid but straightforward aromas and flavors.
