Pours out dark pink with floaties. The head is light pink with moderate retention. No lacing.
The nose has lemongrass, vegetables, and a slight hops bitterness.
A bit sour, a bit fruity, and light. I don't know what rhubarb taste like but if it taste like a general vegetable than I guess that is what I'm picking up.
Light mouthfeel and nicely carbonated. Refreshing.
