On tap at the Pour Taproom in Greenville.
Pours with an amber colored body topped by an off-white head that has good retention.
Hop forward aroma with tropical fruit, floral and herbal notes.
The flavor is also hop forward with tropical fruit notes more prominent than in the aroma. Lively carbonation.

Poured from tap into tulip, nice 1 finger cream colored head, no retention, good lacing. Bright golden, crystal clear in the glass. Getting some pineapple and mango on the nose. Taste is initially malt sweetness, then pineapple, mango and some passion fruit. Juicy throughout and a nice mild bitter finish. Good mouthfeel and I like the residual pineapple left on the palate.

a really quality ipa from a brewery that knows how to do them! this is a low bitterness high dry hop and fruity hop varietals brew, with a ton of pineapple and mango and citrus notes to it, they got the hops just right for whats on trend these days, but its clear as day, not a lick of haze, but also not thin, watery, or boring on the grain front, its like a west coast east coast thing, really dialed in. dont know what hops they have used, likely something or two from the southern hemisphere, it has that fruitiness to it, and there is a fresh vegetal just picked sort of quality about them. the malt is pale but not totally dry, and we detect a little bit of vanilla in this one, maybe a hint of honey too, not sweet necessarily, but lingering just a bit, kind of strange but actually really compatible with this hop complexion. juicy and fresh, oily and bright, easy drinking, creamy headed, high carbonation, refreshing with heavy food, and the kind of ipa i like to drink these days. i liked this one a lot, and even though they made it for ipa day, its one i hope they keep making. very good glass of hop forward beer!

Tasted like a nice hoppy Mexican Lager, to my palate, but maybe that was in my mind due to the name. It's listed as an American IPA, so I guess that could be any part of North America, or hell even South America and not just the USA. Not a typical West Coast IPA.
