A traditional dry stout made with plenty of roasted barley to give prominent coffee and roasted malt notes, complimented by some subtle sweeter flavours from the caramalt and crystal malt. Hopped with Phoenix and Target.
Named after Robert Sorsby who was the first master cutler of Sheffield in 1624.
