one of the best gose types i can recall. certainly of the fruited variety, this thing is king. on tap at the new tivoli brewery, which is an awesome stop in and of itself, the best kept beer secret in denver really. they distribute all these awesome other breweries now, so always a good spot to try something new. this one is done with raspberries and something lemon, verbena maybe, and its amazing. tangy on two fronts, fruit and lacto, and its a wonderful fusion. sharp enough, but drinkable to infinity, which i feel like so few of these are. it seems to have a little more body and a little more oomph than most, and its a great combo. lemongrass and hops even on the finish, its more dynamic than it seems like it should be, and at this super low abv, its a beer i could have ten of. these guys deserve a ton of credit, and are probably one of the most underrated brewers in our state here. a top notch gose with a twist, refreshing and unique, do they package this one? if not it should be next on the list. love everything about it, and the carbonation is awesome too. yum!
