On-tap at Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, Denver, CO
A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a wide collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of bready malts and floral and grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of floral and grassy hops that stand out in front of the underlying notes of bready malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Some hints of dryness are also imparted by the hops.
O: This pilsner does a good job at showcasing the hops.
