This one comes out very cold, and that's good at first. More on that later...

Light brown, mahogany color. No head due to pour

Light nutiness on the aroma, slight citrus hops and delicate caramel. We are told that this is a gateway beer, meant to be a change of pace from Cers and Buud. In this sense, it passes. As a beer geek, it falls short...
...because of the nasty butterscotch diacetyl that comes through as it warms. My girlfriend didn't pick it out, but I sure got it. It's not overwhelming, but noticeable and detracting from the beer. I couldn't drink more than 3 sips. Girlfriend downed it, so I guess it serves their purpose.
