Appearance:
Deep amber color, hazy. Some carbonation rising. Thick rocky head.
Aroma:
Citrus hop, some sweetness and caramel.
Taste/Finish/Body:
Sweetness up front, bready, caramel. Deep citrus hops, a little floral. Finish is a little bitter, crisp and refreshing. Body is medium, crisp, refreshing, a little juicy, very smooth, some dryness.
Overall:
Very good American Amber Ale.

Maybe restaurants, especially tourist stops, shouldn't get into the beer business. This and their other beers are good enough to pass on the Buds and even Shiner types, but not growler worthy. By the way, they pre-fill growlers and sell out of the gift shop fridge... not a good idea.
