Look: pours a beautiful reddish brown with a 1/4 inch off white head and laces the glass well.
Smell: smells of malt and faint odor of apple cider vinegar.
Taste: malt forward which develops into a tart sherry flavor and finishes with acidity and funk.
Feel: medium bodied with sharp but not overwhelming carbonation with matches well with the acidity.
Overall: cherry flavor is not detectable but a tasty medium bodied sour.
