I had a bottle with a complete different label and a wax sealed bottle cap for a little over a year before I cracked it open. Smell is typical for a light, bright Belgian.
An aged taste is prominent but fruits like apple are taking over and play well with a high carbonation. I started missing the hops right away but some slight sourness balanced the fruit and alcohol.

Arrives a hazy medium yellow with a small white head. Retention of the film of foam is really Good though no lace remains.
Smell is a well balanced mix of citrus, malt, yeast, vanilla (I think).
Taste is as well balanced. Malt, yeast, citrus, vanilla all present here as well. Taste a lot like a stronger version of a hefeweizen.
Smooth, medium+ body, light effervescence. Slightly warming. Drinks easily. A good brew.
