12oz can. Bottom lip of can is stamped '2/9/23'.
Slightly cloudy, pale gold colored body. Brief white head upon pouring, resulting in a thin island and ring. Few spots of lacing.
Aroma of lactic acid sour and grapefruit.
Taste is vibrant with grapefruit which overlays the sourness of the lactic acid. Short duration aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Dry finish. Supportive carbonation.
Good presentation of grapefruit as part of this standard kettle sour.
