A traditional Belgian Saison made with coriander, bitter orange, and Hibiscus flowers. The finished beer has a complex floral aroma with a slight tartness from the Hibiscus flower and a refreshing light finish. Oh and it’s pink.

A: The beer is clear rosé in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that died down, leaving a thick collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of hibiscus blossoms are present in the nose; the smell becomes stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste has flavors of hibiscus along with subtle bits of sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This "saison" has interesting aromas and flavors of hibiscus, but lacks the dryness and yeast that you would normally expect from a beer in this style.

Great mouthfeel. Taste of hibiscus, then heavy on apricot on the mid palate, a light layer of tropical perfume, then the carbonation and bitterness clean it up with a nicely drying medium to medium-long finish. This is the most enjoyable american/non-traditional saison I've had so far.
