I had this at Borefts 2014. This is a very good take on a Radler. It really showcases the blueberries nicely and the sourness (lactic acid?) gives it this quality of wild blueberries. Wild blueberries or Heidelbeeren as they are called in Austria are way better than their comparable huge fellows that make up in sweetness what they lack in aroma, tartness and bitterness that the wild ones have. This Radler reminded me of those berries that I haven't had the chance to sample much since my childhood. Well done Mont Saleve for this inspiring idea of making something remarkable out of Radler.
