Blonde ale brewed with Pinot Noir must and fermented with the indigeneous yeasts from the grapes.
L - Cute pink/purple haze, limited head
S - Very vinous with berries, some floral notes too
T - Amazing complexity and drinkability. Very vinous. Tart from the natural yeast but never sour. Some floral hops are there too but the whole thing is very fruity
M - Silky mouthfeel, fine carbonation
O - Amazing beverage, between a beer and a sparkling wine. It's delicate and subtle. Like fruits rolling in a pink satin night dress
Great stuff!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
