Served from the bottle in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a hazy sunrise auburn-gold topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises musty lemon rind, light coriander, light clove, and mild cracked wheat. The taste brings in more of the same, along with a bit of sweet biscuit for balance. The body is a light medium, with a moderate carbonation and a drying finish. A highly drinkable bit of petite saison goodness.
