Batch #1 - 2014 - Bottle No. 178
A - Pours a golden yellow with a two-finger lively head. The head dissapates extremely quickly leaving some light sticky lacing.
S - Aroma is lemon peel, grapefruit, funky Brett, and a light yeastiness.
T - The flavors are crisp and light. Grapefruit and lemon peel hit the palate first followed by a light malty sweetness. This finishes with a good amount of funkiness from the Brett.
M - Light bodied with high carbonation. Very crisp mouthfeel with a dry finish.
O - This is a fun Saison. The flavors are light and pleasant. This is a perfect gateway for people trying to get into wild ales.

Blue Blood has so many shitty beers. I was about ready to stop trying them, but their Outlaw series leaves some hope for the future for this place.
The Saison w/Brett was pretty solid, with a nice Brett funk that wasn't overdone. Would drink again.
