Pours light golden yellow with a slight white head. Aroma is a heavy dose of banana, pepper. woody, and a touch of toast. Flavor has some of that banana, vanilla, a little woody, pepper, and toast. Medium bodied, active, with a dry finish. Overall, not a fan of the banana flavor that can come with some strains of belgian yeast but there was enough going on otherwise to keep me interested in this one. Alright saison.
