Drinking this at The Frog Level Brewing Company in beautiful downtown Waynesville North Carolina with The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Looks clear golden yellow with a very nice foamy white head that dropped quickly to a thick cap that lasted throughout the beer.
Smells lightly bready, grapefruit, orange citrus.
Taste follows the nose nicely but not as intense as the smell.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice crisp finish.
Overall a very nice example of a IPL that I would definitely order again.
