My neighbor and I found this beer down state in Champaign IL. It poured a hazy yellow with fizzy white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had Brett and hint of fruit. The taste followed the scent. The Mouthfeel was lighter in body with fizzy carbonation. Overall it's ok.

S: hops and funk
T: slight funk, city citrus notes
F: thin and easy drinking
O: not a fan of funk, so this is one I'll steer clear of.

From a 500 ml bottle, the brew is a pale yellow color with a soapy head. The aroma is fruity and hoppy. Peach and pineapple, from the hops. The taste is notable for a backdrop of brettanomyces. Not as funky as I'd hoped, but definitely notable, sitting behind every sip. Dryish, but not overly so. This is an easy-drinking, interesting, but approachable brew.

Not a ton of Brett. Maybe some funky dusty stuff in the background. The galaxy hops are beautiful. Like sweet peaches and melon. Sticky and yummy. Would love to try the other hop varieties. Wish for more Brett.

Aroma is a complex and pungent mix of dank hops and Brett. The flavor is tropical fruit, Galaxy hops, earthy Brett, malts, slightly grainy and a mix of slight sweetness and tart/bitter in the finish.
