I had this brew on tap while visiting the brewery with my wife. It was so interesting that we bought a growler. The brew is an almost milky, cloudy purple color. The head is tall and incredibly firm...slightly pink in color. The aroma has an earthy fruity mix, backed with some Belgian yeast. Slightly tart and very fruity. NOt usually a fan of fruit beers, this one was excellent. Medium in body and very drinkable.
