This brew is a hazy gold color with a thin white head. The aroma has a lot of tropical fruit, some pale malt and hints of spice. The taste is dry, with fruit and earthy flavor. Medium body. Not bad.

Yellow to light gold in color with a light haziness. Light lacing. There's a massive, billowing, inch and a half of off white head. The aroma is of tropical fruit and fruity Brettanomyces. I'm tasting tropical fruit including overripe pineapple, pear, passion fruit, and tropical hops. The mouth is very dry and highly carbonated.

Poured a cloudy golden-orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled tropical with a touch of funkiness. Nice pineapple, guava and grapefruit taste with some funk and tartness.

rad new one from these guys, with a way more mature and developed brett profile than i have had in other brett beers from them recently, its more of a fruity brett, obviously picking some of that up from the hops too, but there is a brett drie sort of funk to it, although i have no idea what strain(s) they use in this. the base saison is cool too, light enough to be refreshing and crushable, but still with some nice grain flavor too, cerealy, crackery, dry, wheaty but clean and simple too. rather aggressively hoppy too, the bitterness in the finish is nice with this particular brett profile, but also, there is a lot of fruitiness to them, on the tropical side with pineapple and mango notes, almost as fruity as the super flare but without the fruit, all from the hops! dry in the end which is awesome, funky to finish, way high carbonation, and overall just a very well rounded, flavorful, and drinkable beer. nice to see these guys getting into the brett beers with such success, this is really good stuff!
