Purple in color and so intense that it doesn’t let much light through. There’s a fingernail of white around the rim and and covering half of the middle. The aroma is pungent with tart blackberries. I’m tasting tart blackberries and perhaps a bit of light malt at the back of the palate. The mouth is dry and crisp.
