Gold in color with a fingernail of beige on top. The aroma is of light grains and faintly grassy hops. I’m tasting lightly grainy malt and faintly grassy hops. The mouth is very light and easygoing.

It must be the citra and el dorado hops Combination, but this lager has the best smell to most lagers I’ve have. Brewed to be very minimal (hence the name) it’s very clean and refreshing taste make it a perfect beer during the summer months.
