Gold in color with a fingernail of off white around the rim and covering half of the top. The aroma is of grapefruit zest and grains of paradise. I’m tasting a touch of grapefruit zest and grains of paradise. The mouth is light and refreshing.

One of the series from this local brewery that supports the public television station…this one is crystal clear with a tall and white head….lasting. The aroma…well, I’m not sure that I know enough about grains of paradise to identify it.,..but this has a full-on scent of cardamom and white pepper. Soft and smooth. Balanced and enjoyable. Wow…this is an excellent beer.
