70, Ale Yeah! was crafted in collaboration with Nine PBS to celebrate the 70th anniversary of their important and groundbreaking work in educational and public television and the network’s dedication to serving the St. Louis community. The style and key ingredients were selected by Nine Network and 4 Hands Brewing Company fans during three rounds of online public voting that chose the style, American blonde ale, and special ingredient, blueberry juice.

This beer was brewed for the local public television station's 70th anniversary. It is a blonde ale base with blueberry juice added. The color is an intense deep purple. The head is a pinkish-purple color. It honestly looks like prune juice, capped with a pink foam. The aroma is sort of hollow. A little blueberry fruit, and some distant hops, but not much else is going on in the smell. The taste is dryer than expected. It's a bit tart, and you get some fruit notes in the flavor. I expected a juice flavor, but it has a middle-of-the-road beer flavor with just a bit of blueberry. The color, though, is striking.
