A: Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a thick foamy head that fades to some lacing.
S: Aroma of fruit, some citrus with a bit of spice and grain.
T: Taste is a bit tart with fruit, citrus, mild malt sweetness with a bit of spice and grain. Decent bitterness with a fairly dry finish but with a lingering tart.
F:Moderate body, smooth with a decent balance.
O: Pleasant beer for the style.

Poured from the bottle a cloudy straw color with one finger of bright white head.
Bright aroma of tropical fruit, spices and earthy yeast.
Tasted of lemon and green apple with a bit of tartness along with saltine cracker.
Medium bodied and crisp with a moderate carbonation.
An enjoyable Saison from the collaboration of 2nd Shift and 4 Hands. Good but not quite great.
