Good. Something was a little off-putting though. Perhaps too lemon-y. Definitely a saison; had some funk. Not too high on the list of beers to order again.

From a growler poured at my local Total Wine. Hazy, light yellow pour. Minimal head. Smells lemony, funky, musty. Citrusy lemon taste. On the sweeter side buy finishes dry. Not as sharp as some of the better saisons I've had. Solid offering. Will have again.

First had: on tap at Birdsong
A nice traditional saison. Slightly hazy straw-yellow color, with a small, foamy white head. Nice funky hay aroma, yeast, peppery spice. Similar taste, pretty typical of the style, sweet biscuity malts, funk, yeast, peppery spice and light crisp herbal hop notes. Higher ABV was barely noticeable. Light-medium mouthfeel, pretty well balanced. Again, Tired Hands has spoiled me with their saisons so this wasn't totally my bag, but if you like your saisons simple and traditional, you'll like this.
