Gayle is an American-style IPA brewed with farm fresh Crystal hops from Goschie Farms. Named as a tribute to Gayle Goschie, this fresh hop IPA has the aroma of an Oregon forest and the complex bitterness of a Pacific Northwest IPA.

My first beer from this dedicated gluten free brewery. The can says this is part of their Ephemeral series. Brewed with sorghum, Eckert rice malt, Crystal Fresh Hops, Grouse Buckwheat Malt, organic tapioca, maltodextrin, cane sugar, and yeast. A very strange beer- very bitter from the hops, some sourness from the sorghum, and a somewhat strange heaviness in the mouthfeel with a creamy finish. I think it's acceptable as a gluten free beer, but I wouldn't call this delicious.
