A nod to Bavarian lagers. Inspired by Märzen and Oktoberfest style beers, Amber Lager boasts plenty of toasty and bready malt flavors followed with a clean finish. Fermented with the classic Weihenstephan lager yeast, this fine gluten-free lager will have you dreaming of the German countryside.

16oz can pours a rich orange-brown color with a very small cap of fizzy tan-colored head that dissipates quickly. Smells of hearty toasted grains, with a bit of caramel and hops. Very solid flavor of toasted malts with a nice caramel undertone and a slight sweetness. The hops provide a slight bite to the close and a small bitterness that forms most of the aftertaste. Medium body with a moderate carbonation mouthfeel.

This was actually a really good example of the Märzen style and honestly exceeded all my expectations. If I had celiac, I would definitely drink a lot of this; it's damn tasty.
